I still remember walking out of Mayo Clinic, 15 years ago today, after the last of my surgeries. For the next 8 months of chemo and radiation I endured all the pain and struggles with the help of my family and friends. Thankful and glad to this day I won the battle. #cancersux
Another year has passed by. This year is lucky #13. 4-7-09. From surgeries, chemo and weeks of radiation….It all sucked. But thanks to everyone that was around me for their support! #cancersux#cancersurvivor
I’ve been lucky enuf 2 watch u play what u love since u were 5. Some days luckier to be coach. Senior night’22. At the Shoebox. Packed house. U have taught me as much as a dad as I have hopefully taught you on life! Congrats on all accolades-can’t wait 2 see what’s next! Love u!
Earlier this week, another year passed. 11 years after ringing bell @ Mayo Clinic. In dark days a light was still at the end of the tunnel. Family, friends, co-workers, faith and great support/knowledge helped me get thru all those treatments #cancersux#cancersurvivor #04-07-09
