Spurs didn't win with money only. De Zerbi sold the project, and that's why Fernandes and Tonali chose Spurs. Carrick isn't involved in negotiations the way Amorim was with Cunha, Mbeumo and Šeško, and that lack of involvement is hurting @ManUtd the most this season.
