@satellitehosslr She’s literally telling everyone she did it. Her lawyer is saying she did it. Shes confessed multiple times. Her lawyer has insinuated you are all insane, and that the accusations against Patrick need to stop. Yet, you refuse because it would require admitting you’re wrong.

@satellitehosslr That’s the problem. Despite the truth, and all the evidence, you can’t and won’t change your mind. The truth doesn’t matter to you. The only thing that matters is that you’re right, even when you are so clearly wrong. It’s sad.

@satellitehosslr No, I don’t think it was particularly well done. There were avoidable mistakes. But “the investigation had serious flaws” is very different from “there was no investigation” or “they never proved Lindsay did it.” Those claims aren’t supported by the evidence. She did it.

@satellitehosslr They don’t still have to prove she “did it.” Lindsay admitted she killed the children, and her defense never disputed that. And saying there was “no investigation” is simply false—there was an extensive investigation.

@satellitehosslr Oh, I see you don’t understand. She was not on trial for whether she did it or not, because she admitted she did it…to multiple people. She was on trial for whether she was in a state of psychosis or not whilst committing the murders.

@comeytakeit @MaxLoganTGC @halliecou From my understanding, the defense was she looked up the distance bc she was scared to be alone. The defense did an excellent job in establishing reasonable doubt, which is why personally my verdict would be NG by reason of insanity.

@mikaerucore @MaxLoganTGC @halliecou That still doesn’t change the point. Her lawyer said her involvement in the conduct causing the deaths was “not a live issue” and offered to stipulate to it. That’s not a guilty plea, but it absolutely means the defense wasn’t claiming she didn’t do it.
