Can u tell me the deadline for the update? Since last 2 months in every reply i am getting the same rply “highlighted to concern team. We will provide an update soon”. Why r u not taking this seriously? You r worse than govt offices. At least they have accountability.
Hi @reliancejio@JioCare , I booked JioAir Fiber on 28 July. But service is not upto the mark so i cancel the booking without installation. After lot of mails & complaint I received a msg of refund on 4th September (refund in 14 w days) but more than 24 days no refund received.
