for the spectrum of services and standards zomato has set up over years, I have watched and admired zomato. even wanting to be part of zomato and witness things from within. probably the admiration is the key reason why a disservice disappoints even more.

@zomato @deepigoyal you can do much better with food delivery on train. if refund is your only solution to failures, please leave such sectors where order success is critical. order failures in such sectors mean the customer has to wait for next station to have the food.

if he was on the train, he could still deliver the food, though late.

for the customers relying on your trust for meals, you can do better.

@RailwaySeva The door problem is highly troublesome considering almost 24 hours journey. Alternatively, please ask TTE to arrange an alternate seat. I couldn't ask personally because TTE has not yet visited.

During the time when we are looking forward to world class transformations in railways, lack of very basic convenience at such a major station is embarrassing and disappointing. It seems like a 12 year old kid is running the operations.

I have not seen a major railway station worse managed than Bhopal Junction in recent years.
Despite being one of the biggest stations, it's embarrassing how it's managed. it appears to be operated by a 12 year old kid.

waiting rooms
first, we pay to use the waiting rooms. then, there is not even washroom to freshen up. we have to use nearby pay-and-use toilets. this is the situation with upper class waiting room.

पनवाड़ (खानपुर, झालावाड़) में एक और बैंक की आवश्यकता
क्षेत्र में फिलहाल मात्र एक बैंक (सेंट्रल बैंक) की सुविधाएं उपलब्ध है। यह बैंक क्षेत्र के लगभग 20 गांवों के लगभग पचास हजार ग्रामीणों के लिए एकमात्र बैंक है।

किसान बहुल क्षेत्र होने के कारण बैंक में केसीसी और पेंशन संबंधी लेन देन अधिक होती है। इस कारण बैंक पर अत्यधिक दबाव होता है।
क्षेत्र में काफी समय से एक और बैंक की आवश्यकता है।एक और बैंक होने से क्षेत्र के किसान, पेंशनभोगी, व्यापारियों, एवम नौकरीपेशा निवासियों को लाभ होगा।
