My daughter's name & address (HoF) update requests are being rejected by giving the reason that HoF family details not matching without explicitly stating what's wrong in the submitted document. SRN(S2029459361000)

@UIDAI @ceo_uidai @UIDAIDelhi The document submitted here is the original birth certificate issue by the Haryana Government having child's name & HoF name, yet the requests are being rejected. Its a very painful process when no exact reason given for what's wrong in the document.
