To our Muslim brothers in the Arab world. This year, the Islamic world witnessed an Eid al-Fitr unlike any in previous years, as we saw a new criminal aggression launched by the Israelis and Americans against Iran, a vital pillar of the Islamic world, a country that has consistently stood at the forefront defending the Islamic nation against unjust aggression, especially against the oppressed Palestinian people.

Iran has proven its commitment to this path by sacrificing the purest and most precious blood, particularly in two direct wars, face to face. But the time has come today for us Muslims to return to the words of Allah Almighty in the Holy Quran: 'Do not take them as allies until they emigrate in the way of Allah. But if they turn away, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them, and take not from among them any ally or helper.'

Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, has explicitly forbidden Muslims from handing over control of their affairs to the disbelievers, and commanded us not to place our hopes in the enemies of Allah and His Messenger in this matter. As a deep-rooted Islamic civilization and a unified world whose foundation is Islam and whose reference is the Quran, we must stand on our own feet with a decisive and resolute stance to secure our future and the happiness of our coming generations.

Muslim brothers, we don't need a state thousands of kilometers away to guarantee our region's security. We don't need a state that views Islamic countries as cash cows, nor one that prioritizes Israel's security above all else, sacrificing other nations in the process. We don't need a state that sees Muslims as worthless, valuing only the oil, gas, and resources beneath their land. What good have America and its bases brought you? Today you face aggression from the Zionist entity's army.

Will the Americans fire a single bullet to defend you? We Muslims remember well how weak alliances and lack of strategic independence caused Arab defeats in the wars of 1967 and 1973. Today, Iran has fulfilled that promise and shattered the myth of American and Zionist invincibility, achieving a dream Muslims have held for so long. Therefore, political rationality demands that we establish a comprehensive security union in the region under the emerging order.

We must unite to ensure our security and forge a collective security charter grounded in Islam and the Quran as our foundation. How has alliance with an arrogant infidel state become easier than Muslim unity? Distance from the Quran is the root of today's calamities. The Islamic Republic of Iran declares its readiness to establish a regional security and military union without the United States or the Zionist entity.

We will not forget Allah's words in His Book: 'Do not weaken and do not grieve, for you are superior if you are believers.' Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you."
