When you wanted to make your new customer or for credit card bill from your bank side they notify and call as well continusly. WHY? bcoz its ur mony?

icici bank deducted my 1222 Rs without any notification and his customer care executive and manger told me that they don't have policy to inform their customer they deduct our money without any notifiction.
