@DraftKings Going on three weeks now since DK was hacked and they locked my account. Thousands of dollars being illegally held and virtually no response from customer service other than canned emails. Just want my funds so I can move on to a real book. What a pathetic company.
@DraftKings …have requested callbacks, nothing. Funds being held and cannot be accessed. This is quite possibly the worst customer experience I have ever had. Nobody will respond or take responsibility at DK. Pathetic, just pathetic.
