@WeeFee_R @jacobincambodia Talking about the names—yes, those temples were built by the ancient Khmer Empire, which fell centuries ago, and Cambodia can’t claim them based on that alone.

If the same logic applied, a Roman descendant like Italy would claim the city of Bath in the UK as Italian territory.

The current clashes aren’t about that temple but about Ta Muen Thom, Tot, and Ta Khwai, sites in THE GREY ZONE you mentioned
