Update on the @AmericanAir situation. No refund, reimbursement or remediation, but an email saying something along the lines of “we don’t reimburse for this type of situation, please know we apologize.” BS!! Ignored a @bbb_us complaint too! Unbelievable.
@BeyondJustThis@AmericanAir Yikes this isn’t a good look! Wonder if it was the same flight to dallas I was on and unable to get off of for over an hour after we landed causing my me to miss my connection!
@AmericanAir Simply “accommodating me” by sticking me on a late night flight (which was delayed and a horrible flight btw) causing me more expenses and a hotel room isn’t a good look!
Imagine being stuck on your flight due to @AmericanAir, getting to your next gate and seeing that they sold your ticket (door was still open) and allow 3 others on the plane but tell you the flight is full!! Save yourself the trouble and never fly American!!!
Worst travel experience of my life. Do better @AmericanAir. Caused me to miss my flight, sold my seat and wouldn’t let me on. Had to get a hotel, went without my medication, etc. Honestly unreal.
