@BGHomeCare200 20+yr customer of BHC. Update: No heat/hot water, boiler leaking, pressure dial in the red. As we arent seen to be at risk nor have a 6 mos old baby, our repair appt cancelled. But, thanx for the £20 bribe to not file a complaint.
@AerLingus We paid for xtra legroom seats on an inbound LAX to DUB flight. Had to change dates 25 hours after booking. No xtra legroom seats on new flight. Being told not eligible for a €200 refund even though we paid an addtl €300 for changing date. Is this how it works?
@JohnLewisRetail Why a £2.50 fee for Click and Collect? If I pay you for an item and then travel to the store to collect I am charged to collect it. Stops me from buying from JL. Customer unfriendly decision.
@Delta just rec’d text our seats have been changed for a flight Monday morning 0209 EDI-JFK. Reserved 2 seats together (win/aisle) bulkhead 6 months ago. Celebrating 40th anniversary and now in aisle and middle. Original seats available online. Ideas??
@southayrshire Troon recycling centre a riot just now. One member of staff present with just 10 cars thru in 20 minutes. Come on…the simple stuff shouldn’t become another reason for the public to lose additional trust in SAC and it’s mgt.
@SagaUK Responded to recent email inviting me to review my renewal info (buildings) Unable to locate renewal data. Called and told renewal will be ‘generated’ next week and call back! Perhaps this process causes the customer wait time issue? Gives me time to use compare site…
@virginmedia Never said anything about raising a complaint. Not the way to resolve things. Don’t understand this latest reply from @virginmedia. I followed your post and left msg at VM WhatsApp. It was the exact same prescreen as calling. I will follow other avenues. This is no help.
@virginmedia How can I get a VM supervisor to help me. Spent 6+ hours over 2 days with many well meaning CS reps. Rec’d 4 different “offers” of a new contract, only one in writing and am still nowhere. Is there someone at VM w/authority to aid a customer wanting to STAY w/VM?
@virginmedia Not at all helpful. It’s this lot I’ve been speaking to. Each time I call this number I get someone very apologetic re how I’ve been treated and they give me a totally different quote. Your reply here is more of the same. I just want someone w/authority to help me.

@VMO2News Will VMO2 offer pay monthly mobile plans that INCLUDE an upfront payment in ‘23? Other providers include this as an option. Have VM TV, landline and broadband.
@EDI_Airport leaving EDI 1030 16 Nov. 22. The airport hotels are charging exorbitant prices (we now booked a hotel couple miles away). Is there anything going on at EDI that week I should be aware of? Thanx
