Then today, in an amazing turn of progress: it was the first day in maybe FOREVER that I didn't feel like a total outsider at the gym. Obese woman doing lunges -- you got a problem with that?!

Doing a project & looking at @shutterstock for photos. Everyone's thin and beautiful. For giggles, I searched for "plus-size" and found a photo titled "Obese girl performing lunges with dumbbell in gym." in the words of the @TheBloggess, it made me stabby. Very stabby.

I mean 1) I wish I were so obese. And 2) why on earth title your photo that?! How 'bout just "lunges in the gym" without any gender specifiers or fat shaming?
Then my brain got involved, and I thought, "I can't go to the gym, because I'm the obese girl lunging."

I will never tire of watching foxes in my yard. Their cries are horrifying, but I love them nonetheless, and I'm hoping fox kits are coming soon!
