@EWhitteck Getting faculty to use Canvas in a similar way was one of the first things I did in my consults during the pandemic. It was surprising how many different approaches they had been using.

@NeuroRebel 100% My parents resorted to mental/physical abuse because to them I was "messed up in the head". Now when my ADHD child has a meltdown, I wrap my arms around them, tell them it's ok and they are loved. The physical tension in their little body melts away and we can talk.
Here I was thinking I had a break in the chaos so I could peacefully work on my #neurodiversity in Higher Ed research, only to open Teams and find a deluge of messages from colleagues asking for things. And now my #ADHD overwhelm is in overdrive.
