Why would i pay my utility bill on paytm through credit card if I'm robbed Rs 40 extra in the name of convience fee on paying bill of 2k when other platforms like google pay, tata neu, amazon pay and all other platforms charge nothing extra?

@Paytm your convenience fees is too inconvenient. While signing up i was not aware. I thought it is like other pay later service like Flipkart and Amazon which doesnt have these hidden charges for using the service.

@JioCare why do you have a fraud wallet provider called @MobiKwik in My Jio app. I paid using it, transaction failed but money deducted. Its already 3 months, Im waiting but no response.

@aadityagarg5 @MobiKwik Bro, it deducted money as some transaction, they didnt send any email neither any notification. Now they are just replying with prewritten phrases. Worst service.

@MobiKwik is there any way, where i can talk to human assistant to address my issue? When i call the helpline it says executives not available. If i go to help section all replies are from bots or your so called executives that dont even read what is my query and what i wrote.
