To my friend and fellow paramedic:

It was just months ago you were on shift with me. We were laughing about things. Getting ready for the work day.
You told me you felt bad and they found cancer. You said you knew it was from the shots they pressured you to take in order to keep your job.
This morning I woke up, got on a boat to look out over the ocean. The first text I received said you were gone. As I look out over the water I am going to try to focus on all the good you did while you were here. All the people you helped as a paramedic. And I’m going to attempt to not allow my anger toward a corrupt system to overpower my appreciation of you.

Many parents and students were upset when these trades classes were cancelled due to lack of the teachers.

This bill will address that issue. Our students deserve to have the choice to study trades & STEM, be competitive again to get those jobs.
