Disappointed with @JioFinance1 @TaxBuddy1, I Paid ₹1769 for assisted ITR filing but not recieving responses, poor communication, ignored queries, and no updates. This isn't the service promised. Requesting a full refund.

@RelianceDigital Any update it's been 72 hrs, @reliancejio @RelianceDigital @_MukeshAmbani no action has been taken, all the customer support executive are just calling and asking same questions everytime ( what's the issue) raised the request for return the defective product.
