We are delighted to announce a contractor has been appointed by @BarnetCouncil to carry out the transformation of Market Place Playground, and construction will commence on site on 4 March 2024. 1/3

Work will take place between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. The work is likely to continue until the summer, as the space is having a complete refurbishment. The playground will be closed and fenced off whilst the work takes place. 2/3

Mental health professionals in schools will only make a difference if they can look at the environment as well as treat the children. We need to ask whether our schools are places where children can thrive, and if not, make changes so that they are.
