Agree that traditional markets must be better regulated. I grew up next to one. HOWEVER live animals must be removed from these markets. Bats, pangolins, civets, raccoon dogs are NOT « traditional »foods. Traditions can’t b an excuse when global health & trillions of $ at stake.
