Four exhausting hours of blatant propaganda disguised as cinema.

What could have been a gripping geopolitical thriller ends up as a tedious PR exercise to whitewash Modi's failed foreign and domestic policies. The film's tone reeks of political obedience- from glorifying the government's every misstep to demonising minorities with dangerous stereotypes.

The narrative is soaked in anti‑Muslim sentiment and overblown jingoism, deliberately portraying Pakistan as a caricature of evil.

Dialogues like "Pakistan will make Indians recite the Kalma" are not just in poor taste- they expose the desperation to manufacture fear and project strength where none exists.

Instead of critiquing power, the film bends backward to justify Balakot, Demonetisation, and every hollow policy blunder.

Even top talents like Ranveer Singh and Sanjay Dutt appear drained, moving through the script like hostages to the director's propaganda war. Arjun Rampal's role as a supposed ISIS agent adds no weight or thrill. The music and background score are painfully outdated, and the screenplay drags without rhythm or purpose.

By the midway mark, the film collapses into monotony- no emotional pull, no cinematic punch, just a hollow chest‑thumping exercise.

#BOTTOMLINE:

#DhurandharTheRevenge is not a film; it's a four‑hour infomercial for power wearing the mask of patriotism. It fails as art, as cinema, and most of all- as honesty.
