@optimun An optimum sales rep comes to my door and promises many offers , they were verbal and not written. I call the customer care and they say they cannot honor, as they were not written agreement. I personally feel cheated . How do you help ?

@optimum - Optimum initially said they will not bill me for the service if it was their fault, but I see that they have billed me for service visit. Called Optimum Customer Care and they blindly say they cannot address this issue.
