We're hosting an AI × Design event next Tuesday at Notion HQ 🥟 — https://t.co/Lpm1bEAxAx
We'll have speakers from Notion, Cursor, Anthropic, and OpenAI to share how they design both with and for AI products. There will be demos. There will be dumplings!
Space is limited.
Today, we're making Artifacts available for all Claude users. You can now also create and view Artifacts on the Claude iOS and Android apps.
Since launching in preview in June, tens of millions of Artifacts have been created. But where did it all begin?
Here's how we built it.
Really excited for this launch. The combination of Projects (e.g. 200k context cross-conversation context), Artifacts, and Sonnet 3.5 has shifted the goal posts for me for what you can accomplish with AI.
One thing I wanted to call out specifically about this launch was how much of it was an absolute masterclass in design engineering on part of @kyleturman.
As the direction started to firm up, Kyle collaborated with an experienced engineer scaffold the backend and dump the output on the UI, and then just went ahead like a madman and wired up the UI to spec into a working, usable feature. Goes without saying it took the entire team’s efforts to bringing the feature to production, but I’ve never seen a feature of complexity go from inkling to working prototype in less time. What would have been weeks of effort for a traditional EPD squad took Kyle less than a week.
Role model and inspiration, congrats to the entire team on a huge launch!
You can now organize chats with Claude into shareable Projects.
Each project includes a 200K context window, so you can include relevant documents, code, and files.
