@FoxNews Sounds like @PEORIA150 with their write ups/referrals for misbehavior. Almost too many times to count our referrals were not properly submitted/if submitted at all. Less write ups/referrals makes the admin look way better and go figure the principal at the time has now moved up.

@dkherat you still giving yourself pay increases for the terrible work you and your colleagues are doing in PSD150? You say one thing, but in reality you are only about yourself and how much money you can make. Try actually making a difference before you pay yourself more.

@PEORIA150 if you are wondering. Yes, once I knew it was happening, I collected data and printed the write ups. Low and behold, only a few of mine were saved in the students file. All of this can be found. I hid it before I left, a handful of people know the location.

@PEORIA150 years. This was because the trial run is cheaper. Instead of sticking with something that works, you choose to increase your pay, while the students and teachers suffer.

@PEORIA150 I wonder if your schools are still letting the principals manipulate write ups/referrals for behavior. I know when I was teaching in the district, many of my "write ups" would get tossed out/added to a single list. This in end makes the school look like its doing good.

@CNN It's the top dogs in the schools that fail. The teachers address it, it gets sent to the higher ups. They don't act on it, and if they do it's not severe enough. Seen it way too many times, first hand during my teaching days.
