I used to travel with them a lot for work, but this latest experience and lack of accountability to make things right definitely makes me second guess flying with them again. As a small airline, they really can't seem to support passengers when issues do happen.

@neurobongo @A_Aspuru_Guzik @porterairlines @AirCanada If you’d like to be stranded for days with no accommodations, food, compensation or apology — definitely recommend @porterairlines! Flight cancelled Sunday, next one booked a week later. Airline is too small to deal with any issues. Do not recommend.

@suki50 @porterairlines Same situation! Your best bet is to look at trains or buses at this point and avoid the astronomical hotel cost. Porter is only offering flight credits in return for this nightmare. And look into whether or not your credit card has interruption insurance.

@PorterFail @porterairlines “Air traffic control due to weather.” Yet flights continued to depart into the evening — we just couldn’t get on them because they were full of other bumped passengers. Total failure and now we are spending more on a hotel in NJ for two nights than the fare. Plus missed wages.
