@beyond_capital This statement does apply to all people in government since their profit is from theft (taxation)& murder(ultimate enforcement)!but not to people in a mutually voluntary free market where every exchange increases the wealth of both parties other would not make the exchange.

@Rothmus Government regulation is the opposite of voluntary free market with private property rights (capitalism). Government having control and authority over is ownership by government and is not capitalism by definition.

@BladeoftheS It easy to imagine a worse system than capitalism because it is all other system are worse. Capitalism is a system of mutually voluntary exchanges with private property rights while all the others require theft, violence & involuntary actions to exist & always leads to poverty.
