@knoble_ben@POTUS There IS a war going on. Russia tried taking over Ukraine. We partnered with all the other leading countries of the world to stop it. Replacing Russia oil to not only the usa but those other countries kept us all united in beating Russia back.
@mhdksafa Kids are free to bring in lunches from home. Many do. Also school lunches are low priced in public schools.
Although I agree all students should be provided lunch in a non stigmatized way, if they cannot afford to bring or buy a lunch.
@GergelyOrosz When I was a contractor it was advertised as staff augmentation, with right to offer to hire me away from the intermediate contracting company in 6 months. So I was treated like an employee and I behaved like one. Set those expectations in interviews.
@thoean@GergelyOrosz Yea, You must have had a bad experience, but it wasnt because they were a contractor. I've worked with employees that didn't work out either and i cleaned up their mess, as a contractor. I was a contractor more than half of my career, and my all my clients wanted me back.
@SirStevenKJ@MZHemingway@stuartathompson People just brought up the obvious, that losing the popular vote by so much shouldn't end up with you in the white house. This was a point that we should reform or end the electoral college. But Dems still accepted the 2016 results as legal.
@GergelyOrosz Any thoughts on CMMI? ๐ it's about the same. Our company already had great process and product. We gained CMMI certification to qualify for more projects.
@shanselman My kids know about fullscreen and choose not to use it. They also choose to watch YouTube on their phone instead of the large unused TV that has the YouTube app. Not a ux issue.
@tylerbowyer False. What will lose is minority politics winning. What will happen is republican candidates will appeal more to the center to stay in office. Dems will have to do the same. The middle is who wins with ranked choice and open primaries.
@ksorbs Umm, yea that's called immunity. Nothing inconsistent about what he said there. You get it from a vaccine or from already having the virus. Vaccine is the safe way. Getting the live virus may end in death. Dice roll.
@ParadiseRacer@JoeBiden This is how it works. Take a look at "balance of powers". The Supreme Court is not the Supreme rulers of our country.

Please reduce buying things wrapped in plastic. Buy drinks in glass or cans. Don't buy takeout from restaurants with plastic wrappings. Many don't use plastic, so patronize them instead.
@GergelyOrosz If it was c# instead of Java and python, that's pretty much my skillset. But the "work under pressure" part tells me this is a sweatshop worried about punching the clock. There's Nothing here about benefits I care about like working remote and flex hours.
@bphogan I do full stack, 40 hrs per week, but to me that means an Angular front end talking to a C# rest api with entity framework to a sql db of choice. I don't write sql scripts, EF does that, but I do know sql. And I don't handle the DevOps CI/CD.
@TheWebTech@slightlylate Logic must always be on the backend, you can't trust people to use the app code only. I need some logic in the front end for a better user experience.
@TheAnkurTyagi Im happy with my usual stack for web apps. Angular, C# 6, pair with any cloud hosted db - sql or azure nosql (table & blob). +Github, trello.
