How would it feel if AI built your Design System before you even started?
Iโve been using Claude + Figma MCP to automate the busy work. Tokens & variables done in minutes, not weeks.
Now I focus on the real deal. User Strategy.
If you are a founder building a product right now, are you just relying on tools to guess what your users want, or are you actually designing for humans?
A layout generated by a machine might look clean, but it lacks structure because AI doesn't have empathy. It canโt feel what your user feels when they get stuck or frustrated.
We hope for a lot, but when the set time comes and we don't get it, it can really hurt.
But that shouldn't stop us from taking the next step.
Today is the last day of June, and even if the goals we wished for aren't achieved yet, we can still start over again.
I had to copy my messy terminal errors and paste them into ChatGPT over and over again just to figure out what I broke and how to fix it.
As a designer, Iโm used to things being visual and immediate. Move a box in Figma, and you see it right away.
I thought the hard part of building an app would be the design
Turns out the first challenge was just getting the project running
past week I started turning my UI concept into a real product using
Next.js
Tailwind CSS
Cursor & ChatGPT
And honestly? I got humbled quickly
