How the fuck do we have $300 billion to rebuild Iran after we spent $80 billion bombing it, when we don’t “have the money” for pediatric cancer research?
We all have a choice to be hopeful. Voting is a choice. Being a decent human being is a choice. We all have a choice to bring about the country we want. We all have the power. America has been a force for good. Yes, we have made mistakes, but we can and should learn from our history. We can walk forward into the future, embracing a better future, one that is for all of us, not just some of us. We can be a force for good, a force of hope. Thank you, @michelleobama and @barackobama for these beautiful words today, and congratulations on the opening of the magnificent @obamalibrary.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the extraordinary outbursts of the President of the United States against female journalists... well, actually against journalists in general and journalism. But it feels like he saves his most childlike behavior and irrational language for female reporters, calling them all kinds of names that kids in kindergarten are given times out for. It’s stunning to me to witness such behavior from any leader, any CEO, any person of influence or importance. I’ve never witnessed someone like this raging, this weekend with @meetthepress host @kwelkernbc, just last week in the Oval Office with @cnn’s @kaitlancollins, calling women stupid or piggy, telling them to “smile”, calling them darling, demeaning their credibility. Every good man should denounce this behavior. Every person should be able to stand up for their colleagues and say “No more.”
Imagine this man screaming like this at your daughter, your wife, your sister, your mother... would you stand for it? No, you wouldn’t! And neither should any of us. It’s unacceptable and undignified. Period. End of story.
You know who benefits from Trudeau’s Capital Gains tax hike?
It sure isn’t family farms.
Nope, the big winners are massive corporate farms that will walk into Canada and buy up farmland.
Guess which one doesn’t care about affordable food for Canadians?
Classic Trudeau.
You can really see this while spraying or harvesting.
Compacted soils at field entrances or in equipment tracks can affect emergence, plant development and yields. Consider a fall H-Start application in these problem areas to prep your fields for spring 2025.

These are strawberries from Dutch Growers Saskatoon. 1st photo is 21 days after plugs were replanted, 2nd is 32 days after replanting. H-Start was added to the pots on the left 3 days after replanting. Early growth means plants get a head start over weeds, pests & drought.

Thanks @Martina for sticking up for women in sports. Once they can explain how they feel it is fair and equitable I will let issue go. Until then I continue to wait for their response. @coachblade @CarilynJohnson @ICFSport https://t.co/WUNMPlEgPP
