@kathmwebber I enjoy tvp, it can be good when making a bolognese, or the larger pieces for a stir fry. I don't enjoy seitan or tempeh particularly, for someone who has no issues with wheat, seitan makes me balloon! And tempeh is just a bit 'aquired'. I do love tofu though 😍

@JackDunc1 Yep, that's one of the reasons I went vegan. I love Cows, far more than I love cats, yet one is OK to eat, and the other not??
I loved the taste of meat too, try Richmond vegan sausages, and Beyond Burgers - amazing meat substitutes.
