@demsabroadbe It is really really difficult to #votefromabroad if you live in some countries (Rwanda included) - and the option for the embassy to mail back ballots often leads to votes not arriving on time to count. Online submissions for all states now!

In the "Diabetes Belt" (644 mostly Southern counties where rates of the disease are high), @NPR found that more than 1/2 have high levels of medical debt. Meaning at least 1 in 5 people have medical debt in collections.
