🇷🇸🇬🇷 Marinos Ritsoudis is an ex lieutenant of the Greek Navy who refused to participate in the NATO aggression against Serbia. Marinos then said that as an Orthodox Christian he could not participate in an attack on a brotherly people. Consequently, he was dismissed from service and even sentenced to prison.

This is a photo from 2018 when Marinos was awarded the Order of Holy Emperor Constantine from the hands of Patriarch Irinej, while I was awarded the order of Saint Sava First Class.

Today we honor the Greek naval officer Marinos Ricudis who courageously refused to bomb Serbia during NATO’s aggression on Serbia and Montenegro.

He refused to serve on a ship that was to provide logistical support to NATO forces bombing the Serbian people.

For his refusal, he was dismissed from service, left without income for six months, and sentenced to a suspended 2.5-year prison term.

“As an Orthodox Christian, I cannot participate in an attack on a brotherly people.”

Ricudis says he never regretted his choice and that the gratitude of the Serbian people is the greatest honor he’s ever received.

« Quand Berlin est tombée en 1945… la tragédie ne s’est pas arrêtée.
Elle a marqué le début de l’un des chapitres les plus terrifiants de l’histoire des femmes en Europe.
Après la chute de l’Allemagne à la fin de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, beaucoup pensaient que l’horreur était terminée…
Mais pour des millions de femmes allemandes, le véritable enfer ne faisait que commencer.
Les villes étaient complètement détruites, et les hommes avaient été soit tués pendant la guerre, soit faits prisonniers.
Dans les maisons, il ne restait que des femmes, des enfants et des personnes âgées…
Et c’est à ce moment-là que les armées alliées sont entrées.
Ce qui s’est produit ensuite constitue l’un des chapitres les plus sombres de l’histoire des guerres.
Selon les estimations des historiens, environ deux millions de femmes allemandes auraient été violées après la fin de la guerre.
Ce n’étaient pas des incidents isolés… mais une tragédie quotidienne vécue par des milliers de femmes.
Beaucoup de femmes qui refusaient de céder aux soldats étaient tuées sur-le-champ, et certains corps étaient laissés dans les rues.
Les conséquences furent choquantes.
Après la guerre, près d’un demi-million d’enfants naquirent sans p��re identifié… des enfants issus de ces agressions.
Les hôpitaux se remplirent de victimes.
Dans les premiers mois qui suivirent immédiatement la fin de la guerre, des milliers de femmes se rendaient chaque jour dans les hôpitaux pour subir des avortements.
Les médecins déclarèrent que ces opérations étaient devenues presque quotidiennes dans les établissements de santé.
Au milieu des années 1950, le gouvernement allemand enregistra 37 000 enfants uniquement au nom de leur mère… tandis que beaucoup d’autres furent adoptés ou grandirent sans jamais connaître leur père.
Les chiffres eux-mêmes sont bouleversants.
Les estimations historiques indiquent que :
les soldats soviétiques auraient commis plus d’un million d’agressions,
les soldats américains environ 190000 cas,
les soldats britanniques près de 45000,
À Vienne, capitale de l’Autriche par exemple, plus de 100 000 femmes auraient été violées, et beaucoup d’entre elles l’auraient été plusieurs fois.
Dans la ville allemande de Stuttgart, certains témoignages affirment que des soldats emmenaient des femmes dans les tunnels du métro… les agressaient à répétition, puis que certaines étaient tuées ensuite.
Mais la terreur la plus grande commença lorsque l’Armée rouge s’approcha de Berlin.
La ville comptait alors environ 2,7 millions d’habitants, dont près de deux millions de femmes.
Quand les nouvelles des atrocités commises dans les villes déjà occupées par les Soviétiques commencèrent à circuler, la panique se répandit.
Certaines femmes se rendirent chez les médecins pour demander la manière la plus rapide de se suicider.
Le poison devint même une marchandise rare dans la ville.
Dans la ville de Dantzig (aujourd’hui Gdańsk) en 1945, un événement particulièrement effrayant fut rapporté :
des femmes furent rassemblées dans une cathédrale par l’Armée rouge… puis des agressions collectives eurent lieu.
Certaines survivantes racontèrent avoir été agressées plus de trente fois.
Dans la ville allemande de Nysa, 182 religieuses catholiques furent agressées, et 66 d’entre elles tombèrent enceintes par la suite.
Lorsque certaines religieuses tentèrent de se défendre, elles furent abattues.
La tragédie ne toucha pas seulement l’Allemagne.
Dans la ville de Naples en Italie par exemple, environ 60 000 cas de viol furent enregistrés après l’entrée des troupes.
Des années après la guerre, toute une génération d’enfants apparut avec des traits différents…
car leurs pères étaient des soldats passés par là, puis disparus à jamais.
L’ironie douloureuse est que certains pays sous les drapeaux desquels ces crimes ont été commis…
sont aujourd’hui parmi ceux qui parlent le plus de droits humains et de droits des femmes.
Mais l’histoire n’oublie pas. »

- Increased the Russian population by 50 million in 20 years
- Greatly expanded labor rights, did not suppress trade unions, introduced workplace insurance
- He won the First World War
- Established the first peace conference in world history (Hague 1898)
- Public education was made free, primary education made compulsory from 1908
- 10,000 schools were opened every year between 1894 and 1913
- Income tax fluctuated between 3.1% and 5% (7-8 times lower than the British Empire, which controlled many overseas colonies including India, African countries, etc )
- Russia had the highest number of educated (University level) women in the world
- Overall Farmer, peasant & Cossack land ownership skyrocketed from 133 to 261 million hectares
- 100% Of all farmland in Asian Russia (Siberia) is controlled by Russian farmers
- 90% of all farmland in European Russia is controlled by Russian farmers
- The Russian Empire during Nicholas ii’s reign was undoubted the most ‘Christian supremacist’ country in the world:
- Between 1894 & 1917: 10,000 completely new churches & cathedrals were built (more than anywhere in the world)
- 250 new monasteries were constructed
- Between 1881 and 1914, 1.5 million Jews left Russia and went to the United States (left the Russian Empire)
- During his entire reign the Tsar refused to dissolve the ‘Pale of Settlement’, despite enormous pressure from the ‘international community’
- The monetary wealth of the average Russia increased almost threefold, which can be seen in smaller account holdings of Russian banks (Savings increased from 330 million to 1.2 billion rubles between 1894 & 1908)
- The number of horses increased from 26.6 million to 37.5 million (37%) in 19 years
- The number of cattle, goats & sheep increased from 31.6 million to 52 million (52%) in 19 years
- Freemasonry remained completely illegal. All lodge members needed to act in complete secrecy & were at risk
- Pornography was completely illegal
- LGBTQ+ Acts & values were completely illegal
- Prostitution was legal, however heavily controlled. Whores could not legally marry, and would be buried outside of Christian cemeteries (regular funerals not permitted)
- The Orthodox Church worked together with the state to run Family Courts. No alimony, divorce fraud etc.
- It was difficult for non-Christians to get into University (very difficult)
- Capital punishment existed
- Between 1894 and 1917, close to 7,000 criminals were tried and executed (most of them Terrorists)
- Adultery was a crime
- ‘Yiddish speakers’ could not become academics or work in any public office
- Legal age of marriage was 18 for men, 16 for women (Actual average age of marriage according to census of 1897 was 21 for women, 24 for men)
- Sharia law was allowed on certain 100% Islamic territories (for Muslims only) except anything related to executions
- Nicholas ii had a dream of turning Palestine into a protectorate of the Russian Empire, allowing free travel for Palestinians across the entire Russian Empire & the same for Russian pilgrims to Palestine (‘visa free’)
- Blue prints for rebuilding Orthodox Constantinople were already prepared by historians & byzantologists (sadly lost during Revolution)
- Plans to canonize many saints were being prepared
- Missionary work & future evangelism projects in China, Iran and Mesopotamia was being conducted
- Tsar Nicholas not being Germanophobic, would never have allowed the ‘Weimar experiment’ to take place
- The Tsar was against any form of ‘parliamentary monarchy’
- The Tsar was planning the restoration of the Patriarchate (he wanted to become the new Patriarch himself)
- Many famous scientists & inventors were born and were educated under his reign
- All the great Soviet inventors, generals, poets & artists went to school in the Russian Empire
- Abortion was a crime
- The Babylonian Talmud was censored & practically illegal to distribute 🇮🇱

On the Sunday closest to January 25, the Church commemorates the Synaxis of the Holy New Martyrs and Confessors of Russia, remembering all those Orthodox Christians who suffered for Christ at the hands of the godless Soviets during the years of persecution.

These include the royal Passion Bearers Tsar Nicholas II and his family, and the Grand Duchess Elizabeth. Countless thousands of martyrs, both clergy and laity also suffered, some of whose names are known, as well as millions of simple believers whose names have been lost to history.

A video of Serbian family celebrating the feast of St. Nicholas went viral on Instagram, but sadly it’s because many Americans mocked them for having simple food and humble circumstances.
