How do you define temporary?

The Immigration Act of 1990 established the temporary protected status program; the law defined temporary protected status as a period of 6, 12, or 18 months, with a provision to extend the status if the conditions in their country haven't changed based on the reason they were granted TPS.

You label it as racist because SCOTUS upheld the enforcement of the immigration law passed on 11/29/1990.

Your misplaced disappointment in the SCOTUS ruling isn't because it was based on immigration law that was passed 35 years ago; it's because of your extreme TDS. President Trump's administration is enforcing existing immigration laws in place long before he was President.

The question SCOTUS has to review is pertaining to the subject to the jurisdiction thereof.

SCOTUS will have to review the ruling in US vs Wong Kim Ark to clarify if children born to non-legal permanent residents or illegal immigrants who are not considered residents of the United States are guaranteed birthright citizenship or are they citizens of their parents country where they are subject to the jurisdiction thereof, and should be treated the same as children born to foreign diplomats and as children born to subjects of a foreign government?

You obviously have not read the text of H.R. 7296 - SAVE America Act or the House passed H.R. - SAVE Act on https://t.co/MZbfoTNWE9, if you had you would know there are multiple acceptable forms of ID and documents to register to vote, it also retains the citizenship attestation from the NVRA of 1993.

Then on election day you will only have to show the acceptable form of government issued ID, because the voter rolls only have citizens registered.

All 50 states plus DC require a birth certificate, and if married, a marriage certificate when issuing a drivers license or non-driver ID, they are also required for Real ID, since the DMV is also a voter registration site, and people already have to update their ID at the DMV with their current demographics, they can simultaneously update their voter registration. At the polls your ID will match your voter registration.

Under the NVRA of 1993, eligible voters are required to make sure their voter registration is accurate, prior to voting.

Under the National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 and the NASA Authorization Act of 2005, the government entered into a contract with SpaceX for the research and development of US based commercial space transportation to the ISS and other space missions.
It's a public private partnership that restored the NASA space program.

A government subsidy pays a person or an entity to lower the cost of goods or services, without the government receiving a service or benefit in return.

Do you not realize it's the success of their rockets that revived the NASA space program so the US is no longer dependent on Russia's Roscosmos program to shuttle US astronauts to the ISS and for other space exploration? Its subsidiary, Starlink, provides satellite internet across the globe, even in war-torn countries.

There is a huge difference between being an astrologist, as you noted in your profile, and astronomy, which Elon Musk's SpaceX facilitates.

You neglected to mention President Kennedy's 1963 proposed tax cuts, to foster economic growth, reduced personal income tax brackets from 20-91% to 14-65% and corporate tax rates from 52% to 47%, which were posthumously enacted in 1964.

The 1981 tax cuts moved the United States out of the 1970s stagflation, and 1986 tax cuts grew the GDP because people had more spending power.

The wealth is derived from the majority share of his stock holdings in the companies he owns. Perhaps in Germany the government can confiscate 15% of the stock; here it would violate the US Constitution.

He acquired his wealth from the companies he created and owns. His current and former SpaceX employees also share in the wealth because they received stock in the company. Since the stock went public, more than 4,400 became millionaires, and as many as 400 became centimillionaires.

Having NASA contract with SpaceX, instead of the Russians, benefits the United States' space program. Why would we continue to pay multimillions to Russia to do what SpaceX does very efficiently?

President Trump is enforcing President Clinton's 1996 immigration law. President Trump said he would prioritize the criminal illegal immigrants, he also said that all illegal immigrants must be removed from the country because they've violated immigration law.

All illegal immigrants have violated the United States immigration laws; because they are in the country without authorization, they need to be deported, regardless of how many years they have been unlawfully present or working in the United States.

The Constitution does delegate to Congress the power over immigration and to provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States.

Funding for the enforcement of the INA and IIRIRA of 1996 is still the responsibility of Congress, as the supreme law of the United States government it has to be enforced through the executive branch.

The taxpayer dollars belong to the parents who would prefer to send their children to a private school; the vouchers return the tax dollars that the government charged them for their child's or children's public school education. Without the vouchers, the parent or parents are still paying the government to educate their child or children, while the public school system is not providing their education.
