SLD or Self Lymphatic Drainage is good for getting your lymphatics moving. Swimming and vibration plates can also help. SLD is helpful to both Lipoedema + Lymphoedema patients. You will also find plenty of videos online. What do you find works best for you? #loveourlimbs #lip ...
