I spent 45 minutes on hold with @Allegiant this morning waiting for someone from to answer questions about a trip on Sunday. (I gave up and asked for a call back, that was at 10am - I haven’t gotten a call back yet, it’s currently 12am the next day). Tried the Facebook
While @MercyNWA drs are terrific, customer service is terrible! Waiting on hold for an additional 10 minutes after waiting 15 min for a callback grrr - why not just call me back in 25 min so I don't have to wait on hold even longer when you do call me?
