Today, Amazon backend said I can leave laptop with wife, agent will check laptop with 'rabbit app' to fix final exchange price - which was not mentioned at time of sale. What's going on @amazonIN?

Placed an exchange order for laptop on @amazonIN on Oct 14. Took office leave on Oct 16 for delivery, which got rescheduled to 18. On 18, took 1/2 leave seeing 'out for delivery', but at 8.50 pm, status changed to 'attempted delivery, no response', tho no attempt was made.

@AmazonHelp Still showing delivery by 9 pm today. So I'll be wasting 3 days waiting for exchange. Also, point of sale has no mention of app installation for check, only things agent is supposed to check physically.

@AmazonHelp This is not mentioned at the point of sale. This is legally unfair trade practice. Also, repeated delivery delays, huge delivery window, rude agents are absolutely unexpected!
