@sainsburys Hi, my wife is trying to checkout her shopping cart this evening and the authorisation process for payments just keeps spinning. Tried a number of times and just keeps happening. I see this is being reported by others, clearing cookies etc.

@jlandpcustserv Gina, many thanks for the reply however one wouldn’t have expected that having it in my basket and paying for it at 08:00hrs would have failed using a partnership card through your own payment systems. Finally getting text response with code to pay at 08:11hrs.

@jlandpartners Really disappointed with checkout process. Securing a Xbox series x for Christmas. At 07:59 the app allowed item into basket, payment processing failed Apple Pay failed at 08:00, went to use partnership card, failed. When finally checkout responded out of stock!
