Teacher retention will be an even bigger issue this year, which is saying A LOT! if you want to keep the best teachers, treat them like they are the best. Few teachers leave an environment where they feel valued, supported, appreciated, and treated like professionals.

If you teach students who are in Grade 3 +, I highly suggest checking out @PixtonEDU as a way to engage students to write! This resource is great for "show and tells", presentations for any school subject, research project, etc... lots of creativity to explore!
