@tescomobile having waited 2 weeks for a promised SIM card with data, minutes & texts from you (via the Red Cross), our Ukrainian refugee family has now received a PAYG SIM card (with paperwork re texts/data etc) with no bundle on it. What a welcome! 😬🤦🏼♀️Any advice?

Do they remain in unstable accommodation with 9 month old baby or leave 19 year old girl behind to travel solo when/if her visa comes? 😟
