*Philomena narrows her eyes at @mlp_Celestia, considering her offer. After a few seconds she answers.*

Caw!

*She picks up the letter for @mlpgreendragon and chirps once more in affirmation before she hops towards the nearest open window.*

*Philomena flaps her wings, pleased with herself. She caws as best she can while holding the letters in her beak.*

*With another flutter of her wings, she takes off, hitting @mlp_Celestia with a slightly more considerable gust of wind than she normally does.*

Chirp!

*She hops down from her perch, landing directly beside @mlp_Celestia. She happily picks up the letters.*

Chirp?

*Isn’t quite used to looking DOWN at @mlp_Celestia yet.*

*She peers down at the Alicorn from her perch.*

*She carefully leans down and plucks the berry out of her hoof.*

*Can birds laugh? It seems like this one can at least manage a soft giggle.*

*She chirps happily at @mlp_VanillaC and bounces a bit as the little one gasps at her.*

*She moves back so she's not crowding @mlp_VanillaC on @mlp_Celestia's back.*

*The Phoenix even takes notice, tilting her head at the little one.*

*She chirps as the scent of the perfume hits her bird-nose, rustling her wings.*

*She's not 100% sure what's going on, but she got a berry out of it, and it is entertaining.*

*Well, her work here is done. She jumps down from her safety perch onto Celestia’s back.*

*Philomena trills inquisitively at @mlp_Chrysalis and drops the letter in front of her before turning tail and flying a safe distance away from the changeling Queen.*

*Philomena tweets at @Capt_Spitfire happily before she takes off from the locker, heading towards the window again. She swoops low over @mlp_Soarin’s head, but she doesn’t mess with him. This time.*

*She tweets a little "Happy Birthday" tune at @Capt_Spitfire before turning to stare at @mlp_Soarin, widening her eyes as much as possible.*

*Eyes @mlp_Soarin and caws at him in an offended manner.*

*She moved on from the 20th level months ago.*

*She bows for @Capt_Spitfire so she can take the note from the princess, rustling her feathers a bit as she releases it.*

*There’s a slight beak shaped singe at the top from where she held it in her mouth, but other than that, it’s still pristine!*
