Thrilled to share our Neuroplex paper in eLife! This work began during my postdoc in Ryohei Yasuda’s lab and grew through collaboration with ZEISS + MetaCell.
Neuroplex links miniscope activity to up to 9 projection-defined neuronal populations in the same animal.
