If there’s nothing in an area, how does the WiFi know the area exists? How does the WiFi know when it’s filling the space that it… doesn’t know about? Surveys are a pain but RRM is worse.
@rowelldionicio As a 16y vet of Aruba from pre-IPO through the acquisition by HPE I can tell you from the inside that HPE destroyed Aruba and its culture, a culture that I helped build from when Aruba had 150 employees. It will take many years to integrate them, something HPE hasn't done well.
@LockUpStorage Long time customer. My CC that I use for AutoPay was hacked, got a new one but my AutoPay failed this month. Called your support and was told that its my fault so I have to pay the fee. I received no notice to fix it until I got a late fee assessed just now. WTH??
@AmericanAir 20 of us were told to rush to our connecting flight across four terminals. We ran! just to see our seats given out. People crying and yelling. We were sent to the CustSrv desk to be told the QUOTE from above, and my wife and others are witnesses. 2nd time this year, Done with AA
