They called the shelter … and asked if someone would come get me. So someone did. The reason they gave for not wanting me anymore - I was becoming a nuisance. And now I’m here. Alone💔💔💔💔💔💔💔
I’m a senior girl at 12 years old. My muzzle is gray. My joints are stiff💔 I’m heartworm positive because no one ever gave me the monthly pill💔I’ve lived outside for 12 years‼️‼️Through every storm‼️Every winter‼️Every hot Georgia summer.‼️
I’ve never had a bed.
I’ve never slept inside. I’ve never been told “goodnight.” 💔
I’m not angry. I’m just tired. I sit when they ask me to. I walk slow on the leash. 💔
I look at the door every time it opens. But it’s never for me.💔
I know I’m old.💔
I know what that means in a shelter.
It means people keep walking. 💔
But I still lift my head when someone passes my kennel. 💔

This is Senior, Romeit , and she lived her entire 12 years of life at the end of a chain!! She has never known comfort or love! When the owner got tired of looking at her , she called the shelter to come get her , “that she was becoming a nuisance.” 🤬

She is located at , Polk County Animal Control, in Cedartown, GA.

Please go and Adopt or offer to long term foster her . She deserves to spend the rest of her life living in comfort and being loved.
