weather related, but zero communication from @SouthwestAir made it worse. I have flown @SouthwestAir for thirty years and this incident on top of all the stupid changes they have made is making seriously taking my business elsewhere. Do better @SouthwestAir
@SouthwestAir Extremely disappointed with the customer service provided at @ORDAirport on Sunday 3/15/26. Our flight #3936 was delayed for over 9 hours and no one ever announced anything at the gate area. We all had to get information through non-sensical texts. Original
