Healing isn’t always obvious.
Sometimes it looks like getting quiet.
Saying no. Outgrowing what you used to tolerate. And choosing yourself, over and over again.
Empaths and highly sensitives feel everything on a much deeper level. We don't just experience your surface level emotions... we feel your energy shifts, intentions, judgments, truths... and bullsh*t.
healing begins when you detach from needing closure. not every situation comes with an apology or explanation. and that’s okay. detachment frees you from waiting on nothing. it lets you write your own ending, one that prioritizes your growth over someone else’s understanding.
detachment doesn't mean to cut them off. it's about removing your expectations and fully embracing their presence without any strings attached. you'll know you're detached when you can fully enjoy their presence without fearing their absence
May you attract someone who resonates with you, speaks your love language, and shares your core values, so you don't have to spend a lifetime trying to sync your vibe, translate your heart, and align your goals.
Maturity is being alone without feeling lonely, being kind without taking any sh*t, being private without oversharing, staying low-key without lowering your vibe, seeing the good in people without ignoring red flags, and saying no without explaining yourself.
seeing people fall in love with themselves again after years of self-sabotaging is truly the most beautiful thing there is like yeah baby you really deserve it all and i'm so proud of you for starting to see that.
I think when you’re transitioning from being a people pleaser into someone with more boundaries, it can feel so weird—it's hard to tell if you’re being mean or if you’re simply just respecting your own feelings now, because you’re so used to putting other people's feelings first.
