@dulesaga yeah, totally agree. I mostly cut anything that wasn’t needed to actually run the first interview -accounts for candidates, scheduling, complex RBAC, billing, etc.

The MVP is basically: pick a JS/TS problem, share a link, and start coding together. No candidate signup.
