@NL_HealthServ @GovNL If ER wait times cannot be reduced, please consider adding reclined airport-style chairs. I recently saw patients waiting overnight in discomfort, & even witnessed someone sleeping on the floor while waiting to see a doctor. Patient dignity & comfort matter.

We arrived at the Eastern Health ER at 4:00 PM, and it’s now 2:00 AM—we’re still waiting to see a doctor. It feels like the healthcare system has completely collapsed. @NL_HealthServ
