I submitted my passport in new delhi vfs in India. It was my second time submission without any reference number, and now my passport is already came back to Vfs from the embassy of Malta but Vfs don’t even inform me. I sent 20 emails to vfs 😡😡

I sent more than 20 emails to vfs helpline but they didn’t reply my emails.
My visa is already started since 03/02/2022 and I am still waiting for my passport, seriously you are providing great service. #vfsnewdelhistaffneedmoretraining

@VFSGlobal they don’t answer my emails, I talked to embassy of malta they said your passport is already sent to vfs. Now vfs don’t courier my passport to my home address.
Please vfs I request you to provide excellent customer service to your customers specially in India new delhi
