@united I will. Also, @United will get no more of my 💰. Been a loyal customer for decades. Have premier status. "You can't have that seat, you have to buy it.". You canceled my flight. You failed to make good. Stuff happens, I know. Customer service and making it right breeds loyalty.

@UnitedAirlines cancel my int'l flight a day before departure. "beyond your control". You refuse to rebook me on an OPEN seat, claim it's policy, I booked with miles; the open seats were cash seats. No other airline canceled flights to that destination. Why can't you do good?

@united No point. Had to rebook with another airline for a high price. Delta doesn't seem to have any problem flying to our destination one hour before United would have, if United hadn't failed us

@AmericanAir Just flew AA2331 CLE-DFW. Plane was disgustingly dirty! Crumbs and food on every seat, tray covered in food. Gross! Clean in between flights, at least try.
