Oddly, none of “French Oil” wells are in Texas, but are all located in OKLAHOMA, with the office in Midland,

Bo himself, will never be required to abide by any of the Texas regulations or permitting he plans to implement; nor will he have to worry about policing of his own wells.

The efficient version is: produce where the rock is, staff the company where the industry and tax-on-people are cheapest. Oklahoma has the well. Texas has the office ecosystem and no income tax on the people sitting in that office. @Jon_RosenthalTX
