The latest update to the new Aadhaar app let's users to update the mobile no. on aadhaar. But you need to have a mobile no already linked to aadhaar and have access to it.
@UIDAI please look into it and requesting to let users update the mobile no. using biometric or face auth.
@INDmoneyApp below is an screenshot of the section you are referring to - 80CCD(2), from the IT dept website, which clearly states that it is the contribution by the employer. so, contribution by the employee doesn't count under 80CCD(2). we cannot change IT rules.
